  • How long is a coupon valid?

    Your 20% discount coupon, earned through Units, is valid for 12 months from the moment you receive it.

  • Can discount codes be combined with other offers?

    You can apply one Ubisoft discount code per order. Ubisoft coupons obtained with Units can't be combined with other discount codes. However, Ubisoft codes can be used on products already discounted or with Ubisoft+ subscriber benefits.

  • Where can I use my coupon?

    Coupons are valid only at the Ubisoft Store. If your coupon was obtained on the Ubisoft Store website, it will work there. Coupons obtained from within the Ubisoft Connect launcher are applicable on the Ubisoft Store within Ubisoft Connect.

  • What can I apply my coupon on?

    Use your 20% off discount across the Ubisoft Store for games, DLCs, pre-orders and new releases. However, the coupon cannot be used for in-game purchases, subscriptions or any product including virtual currency.

  • Is there a limit to the discount amount I can get with a coupon?

    In Canada, the maximum discount per order with a coupon is $50 CAD. There is no such limit in other countries.

  • What are Units?

    Units are loyalty points from Ubisoft Connect, redeemable for in-game rewards or Ubisoft Store discounts. Earn them by purchasing from the Ubisoft Store, leveling up in Ubisoft games, or completing Ubisoft Connect challenges. Check your balance and expiration dates.


  • My Units have disappeared. What happened?

    Units linked to your Ubisoft account expire 24 months after they're earned. When redeeming Units, the oldest ones in your account are used first. Note: Unit expiration rules in Canada may vary. Check your Units balance, expiration dates, and transaction history anytime on the Ubisoft Connect web page.

  • What happens to my Units in case of refund?

    Should you receive a refund for a purchase made at the Ubisoft Store, any Units earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

  • Code not applied

    If your coupon code doesn't apply or fails to work, please ensure its valid and applicable to the items in your cart. For further assistance, contact Ubisoft Support.

  • Can I move Units to another account?

    Units are tied to your Ubisoft account and cannot be transferred.

  • How to get Ubisoft Units?

    You can earn Ubisoft Units in several ways:

    - Purchase on the Ubisoft Store: Each $1 spent rewards you with 1 Unit. The required amount to earn 1 Unit varies by country and currency.

    - In-game challenges: Complete challenges in Ubisoft games to earn Units, though the amount can vary.

    - Account creation: New Ubisoft accounts are granted 100 Units upon creation.

    - Special events: Ubisoft occasionally offers Units through special events and challenges.

  • Where can I check my Units balance and history?

    View your Units balance in the following places:

    - Ubisoft Store website

    - Ubisoft Connect launcher on your Profile page

    - In the Transaction history section of your Account, in the Ubisoft Connect Units tab.

  • I didn’t use my coupon. Where can I retrieve it?

    Coupons obtained with Units are stored in your Ubisoft account until they are used, and can be applied on the Ubisoft Store on the cart or at checkout. When you are logged in on the Ubisoft Store, an “Apply” button will be displayed next to the promo code field, and you just need to click it to apply your discount.
